Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan on Thursday said the national team had delayed its departure to India for the ICC World Twenty20, pending a written security guarantee from the Government of India. Pakistan media said, Pakistan team is cleared to fly out on Friday.
