Captain cool in pool row: Locals complaint to govt against Dhoni

Dhoni's neighbors publicly complained about the use of water for cricketer's swimming pool. Locals say that around 15,000 liters of water is used each day to refill the pool even when their is a severe crisis of water in that locality.
