About 70 lakh voters will choose among 163 candidates in phase 1-B of the 2016 West Bengal Assembly elections on Monday. Thirty one seats in Paschim Medinipur, Bankura and Burdwan go to polls in this second part of phase one in the State. There are 21 women candidates in this part.
