Ex-Congress MP Nilesh Rane, son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane, was arrested on Friday in Chiplun in Maharashtra.The Bombay High Court asked him surrender after his anticipatory bail was refused in a matter where Rane had allegedly beaten a party worker. He was taken for a medical examination and will be produced in a local court on Friday.
